Haohai Biological announces that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Henan Universe Artificial Lens Research Co., Ltd., recently received the “Medical Device Registration Certificate of the People’s Republic of China” for the multifocal aspheric artificial lens product issued by the National Medical Products Administration. This product is suitable for vision correction in adult cataract patients without a lens, aiming to improve near, intermediate, and distance vision and reduce dependence on glasses. This product is the world’s first approved multifocal artificial lens based on patented Fourier harmonic five-focus diffraction technology, which enables more efficient light energy distribution, improves light energy utilization, and enhances the intermediate vision of traditional trifocal artificial lenses, making vision in the far-mid, mid-range, and near-range areas more continuous and smooth.
