China Satcom Announcement, aiming to achieve operating revenue of 2.65B yuan in 2025, a year-on-year increase of 4.08%; net profit of 441 million yuan, a decrease of 2.92% year-on-year. The company plans to base the distribution on the total share capital of 4.22B shares at the end of 2025, distributing a cash dividend of 0.314 yuan (including tax) for every 10 shares to all shareholders, totaling 133 million yuan (including tax).
