Sunshine Power: Net profit of 13.46B yuan in 2025, a year-on-year increase of 21.97%

Sungrow Power Supply Co., Ltd. announced that in 2025, operating revenue will reach 89.18B yuan, a year-on-year increase of 14.55%. Net profit will be 13.46B yuan, a year-on-year increase of 21.97%. The profit distribution plan approved by the company’s board of directors is: based on a total share capital of 2.05B shares after excluding shares repurchased in the dedicated securities account, a cash dividend of 6.9 yuan (tax included) will be distributed for every 10 shares to all shareholders. The company will not implement capital reserve fund conversion into share capital, nor will it distribute bonus shares.
