Tuniu's net income in 2025 increased by 12.5% year-over-year, and net income in the fourth quarter increased by 20.3% year-over-year.
According to Tuniu Travel Network’s unaudited fourth quarter and full-year performance report as of December 31, 2025, in the fourth quarter of 2025, Tuniu’s net revenue increased by 20.3% year-over-year, packaged tour product revenue grew by 35.3% year-over-year, and net profit turned from loss to profit; for the full year of 2025, the company’s net revenue increased by 12.5% year-over-year, packaged tour product revenue grew by 21.1% year-over-year, achieving profitability for the year.
Tuniu Travel Network CEO Yu Dunde stated that in 2025, the company promoted business growth and achieved cost reduction and efficiency improvement through active product strategies, open channel measures, and new technology applications. In 2026, it will continue to enhance performance and profitability, creating greater value for customers and shareholders.
In terms of product supply, Tuniu has built a rich product hierarchy, with “NiuRen Special Line” focusing on in-depth quality, increasing the proportion of pure travel groups and private groups; “NiuRen Strict Selection” expanding destination coverage, with some core products seeing significant growth in traveler numbers and transaction amounts. Meanwhile, the company launched related products for “Hub Transit,” alleviating travel pain points in low-tier source regions and emerging destinations, supporting the development of niche destinations.
Regarding channel layout, Tuniu promotes coordinated development of online and offline channels. In 2025, the live broadcast transaction volume accounted for over 15% of total transactions, with both payment and verification amounts via live channels achieving double-digit year-over-year growth. As of now, there are over 400 offline stores nationwide, with store transaction volume in 2025 increasing by nearly 20% year-over-year, and some stores exploring digital transformation.
In terms of technological innovation, Tuniu deepened the vertical application of large models in 2025, launched “AI Assistant Xiao Niu” and completed open source, and the “Tuzhi Large Model” was registered for generative AI services. At the same time, it strengthened the construction of dynamic bundling systems, launched an automatic “Wine + Scenic Spot” combination solution, improving operational efficiency and reducing costs.
Looking ahead to 2026, relying on the growth momentum of the tourism market, Tuniu will continue to strengthen product R&D, expand store coverage, improve channel layout, and promote the application of AI Agents in more scenarios.
