Beijing Spring Recruitment: Guangfa AI Issues "Hero's Call" for Robot Companies to Recruit Talents
On March 14, the Spring 2026 Major Job Fair and “Future of Careers” — a nationwide city tour recruitment event — was held at the China International Exhibition Center. China News Service reporter Lü Shaowei took photos.
Beijing, March 14 — The Spring 2026 Major Job Fair and “Future of Careers” — a nationwide city tour recruitment event — was held at the China International Exhibition Center today, featuring over 480 companies offering tens of thousands of quality positions. Many companies issued AI “hero invites,” and more than 10,000 job seekers attended.
Keda Zhiling (Beijing) Technology Co., Ltd. brought more than ten AI-related positions. The company’s partner, Wang Xuan, told China News Service that they are in urgent need of enterprise-level AI Agent development engineers, requiring a background in computer science or related fields, with cutting-edge AI development experience. The monthly salary can reach 50,000 RMB or higher.
Proficiency in AI tools is also a plus for some non-technical positions. “AI runs through our entire recruitment process this year. For roles like product operations and other non-technical positions, we prefer to hire talent skilled in AI tools,” said Song Wei, a recruiter at Sohu New Media Information Technology Co., Ltd. in Beijing.
Chen Ruiying, recruitment director at Beijing AutoNavi Cloud Map Technology Co., Ltd., stated that the company values the interaction between talent and AI more, and is looking to discover more exploratory and creative talents, relaxing degree and major requirements.
Many well-known robotics companies gathered to recruit talent at the event. Li Zehao, a recruiter at Beijing Galaxy General Robots Co., Ltd., said that positions such as embodied large model algorithm engineers and dexterous hand operation algorithm engineers currently have a supply shortage in the market. Qualified candidates can earn over 400,000 RMB annually.
Shizheng Yao, a senior at Beijing Information Science and Technology University majoring in Intelligent Science and Technology, is confident about his employment prospects. “AI technology develops rapidly, so continuous learning of the latest knowledge in various fields and enhancing application skills are essential.”
To adapt to new changes in the job market, many universities have introduced AI-related courses. Wang Limei, director of the Career and Entrepreneurship Guidance Center at Beijing University of Technology, said that students are required to start learning AI courses from their first year. The university also hosts AI training camps, collaborates with companies to build student AI communities, and recommends internship opportunities to help students improve their skills and meet societal needs.
