According to the China Trade Remedy Information Network, on March 16, 2026, the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) announced a final determination under Section 337: the investigation regarding certain low-profile microwave-hood combination products (Investigation No. 337-TA-1467) is terminated based on the withdrawal by the applicant, with no review of the initial determination made by Administrative Law Judge on February 18, 2026 (No. 18). The termination applies to claims under U.S. Patent No. 11,079,118 (claims 2, 5, 18), U.S. Patent No. 11,979,967 (claims 4, 5, 7, 9-11, 14-24), U.S. Patent No. 12,101,865 (claims 2, 5, 7, 10-21), U.S. Patent No. 12,133,317 (claim 6), U.S. Patent No. 12,289,819 (claims 3, 8-10, 18, 21, 22).

On February 20, 2026, the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) issued a final determination: the investigation initiated by the initial determination on February 3, 2026 (No. 16) is terminated based on the withdrawal by the applicant, ending the investigation against the named defendant, Haier Group Corporation of Qingdao, Shandong, China.
