OTTAWA, Feb 13 (Reuters) - Dominic LeBlanc, the Canadian government minister who will represent Ottawa when the North American Trade Agreement (USMCA) is reviewed this year, will lead a trade mission to Mexico from February 15 to 20, the Canadian Foreign Ministry announced on Friday.
