SLB’s OneSubsea joint venture has secured an integrated engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) contract from CNOOC for the Kaiping 18-1 deepwater field in the South China Sea. This contract involves a 20-well development and includes the supply of subsea production systems with dual electric submersible pump configurations, as well as installation and commissioning support. The project will leverage standardized subsea architecture to enhance efficiency and enable future field expansion.
