Today is the second day of the second lunar month, also known as "Dragon Raises Its Head."

This evening at dusk, Jiao Su (角宿), which represents the "dragon's horn," will rise from the eastern horizon, while the remaining six mansions of the Azure Dragon (Kang, Di, Fang, Xin, Wei, and Ji) remain below the horizon, resembling a giant dragon raising its head.

The appearance of this celestial phenomenon marks the return of yang energy, the beginning of thunder sounds, the awakening of hibernating insects, and the gradual increase of rainfall—a critical period marking the start of spring plowing.
