China Unicom: 2025 Net Profit Attributable to Equity Holders Expected to Reach 20.82 Billion Yuan, Up 1.0% Year-over-Year

Beijing News Shell Finance reported that on March 19, China Unicom announced that by 2025, its operating revenue will reach 392.2 billion RMB, a year-on-year increase of 0.7%. Service revenue will amount to 347.74 billion RMB, a 0.5% increase year-on-year; net profit attributable to company equity holders will be 20.82 billion RMB, up 1.0% year-on-year. Free cash flow is 36 billion RMB, a 28.5% increase year-on-year. Total capital expenditure for the year is 54.2 billion RMB, with capital expenditure as a percentage of service revenue decreasing to 16%. Capital expenditure in 2026 is expected to be around 50 billion RMB, with more than 35% invested in computing power. The board recommends a final dividend of 0.1329 RMB per share (tax included), combined with an interim dividend of 0.2841 RMB per share (tax included), totaling 0.417 RMB per share for the year (tax included), a 3.1% increase year-on-year, with the payout ratio rising to 61.3%.
