Omnicom Group closes $1.7 billion US notes and €600 million euro notes offerings
Omnicom Group (NYSE:OMC) has completed public offerings of $1.7 billion in U.S. dollar-denominated senior notes and €600 million in euro-denominated senior notes to refinance existing debt and for general corporate purposes. The company, which has a market capitalization of $26.5 billion and $11.3 billion in total debt, demonstrates financial resilience with efficient cash flow coverage for interest payments and a 56-year history of dividend payments. This debt issuance follows a strong Q4 revenue performance, despite earnings slightly missing analyst estimates.
