On March 12, under the guidance of the Heilongjiang Regulatory Bureau of the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission, Industrial Bank Harbin Branch, in collaboration with the Harbin Pingshan District Enterprise Retired Workers Service Center (Senior University), jointly carried out the “Clear and Bright Financial Network, Protecting Peace of Mind in Consumption” 2026 “3.15” Financial Consumer Rights Protection Education and Promotion Campaign.
