Mars Finance reports that on March 20, The Information reported that crypto hardware wallet manufacturer Ledger has hired former Circle executive John Andrews as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to prepare for its potential initial public offering (IPO). John Andrews previously served as Head of Capital Markets and Investor Relations at stablecoin issuer Circle and was involved in its IPO. Additionally, Ledger is opening an office in New York to expand its US operations. John Andrews stated that due to current market volatility, the IPO plan may be delayed.
