Helen Zhen: Shareholder Shanghai Dinghang Huiheng increases holdings by 1.31%

The Beijing News Shell Finance reported that on March 17, Helen Zhe announced that Shanghai Dinghang Huiheng, a shareholder holding more than 5%, increased its holdings by 13,066,900 shares through centralized bidding from January 26, 2026, to March 13, 2026. This increased its stake to 7.45%, totaling 74,587,300 shares, after excluding shares held in the repurchase dedicated account, representing 1.31% of the total share capital. This increase is part of the plan announced on October 13, 2023, to purchase no less than 35 million shares at a price not exceeding 8 yuan per share. As of March 13, 2026, Dinghang Huiheng has cumulatively increased its holdings by 35,000,100 shares, reaching the lower limit of the plan, and the purchase plan has been completed.
