Beijing Business Today News (Reporter Zhuoyang) announced that on March 16, the Zhongguancun International Technology Exchange Center officially launched operations. The center was developed under the guidance of the Beijing Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government, jointly built by the Beijing Science and Technology Commission, Zhongguancun Administrative Committee, Haidian District People’s Government, and Zhongguancun Development Group. The center aims to become a hub for connecting technological elements and needs, serving Beijing as its base, radiating across the country, and reaching globally.

Centered on technology transactions, the center attracts international science and technology innovation organizations, technology trading service agencies, and professional talents in scientific achievement commercialization. It aims to build a comprehensive, one-stop technology trading service system that integrates achievement aggregation, showcase roadshows, technical evaluation, technology transactions, scene matching, and venture capital, promoting the realization of scientific achievements through “global buy, global sell.”

Currently, the center has gathered over 90 domestic and international institutions, including China Technology Exchange, Shanghai Technology Exchange, Tianjin Intellectual Property Exchange Center, Hebei Province Science and Technology Achievement Exhibition and Trading Center, Beijing Academy of Science and Technology, and Zhongguancun Development Group. Together, they promote the transition of scientific achievements from laboratories to markets and from technology to industry, accelerating high-quality transformation and implementation.

At the launch event of the center, the “Five Parties Six Forces · Haizhi Hui” Innovation Ecosystem Conference for achievement transformation was held simultaneously. Taking this opportunity, Tang Chao, Deputy Director of the Zhongguancun Science City Management Committee and Vice District Mayor of Haidian District, officially released the “Several Measures to Further Improve the ‘Five Parties Six Forces’ Mechanism to Promote Scientific Achievement Transformation” in Haidian District. The “Five Parties Six Forces” collaborative mechanism in Haidian is a systematic innovation initiative that organizes scattered elements into a concerted force, addressing deep-rooted challenges in scientific achievement transformation.

The “Several Measures” focus on the collaboration among the “Five Parties”—Zhongguancun Science City, universities and research institutes, investment funds, incubation carriers, and science parks—and the resonance of the “Six Forces”—organizational strength, innovation strength, value strength, cultivation strength, carrying capacity, and market strength. It systematically proposes 18 measures across six areas, emphasizing the four key stages of achievement “being transferred out, connected, implemented, and utilized well.” The measures aim to cover the entire innovation source, build high-level platforms, and support the entire chain, systematically creating a “fast lane” for scientific achievement transformation.
