Ripple Chief Technology Officer David Schwartz acknowledged on the X forum that XRP's price could plummet from $4 to $0.20, citing a previous example of XRP dropping from $3 to its low point. He stated that everyone at Ripple, including himself, initially did not believe XRP would reach its current price level, citing his own sale of 40,000 ETH at $1.05 per coin as evidence. Those ETH tokens are now worth approximately $80 million.
