Kroger’s Atlanta Division is investing $23 million to expand its Parkaire Landing location in East Cobb, increasing its size by over 26,000 square feet to 85,000 square feet. The project, set for completion in spring 2027, will add new culinary offerings, an expanded deli and produce section, and a 12-pump fuel center, while the store remains open during construction. This expansion aims to enhance community offerings and build on the success of Parkaire Landing, which attracts millions of visitors annually.
