On March 16, Hengshun Vinegar Industry announced that the company’s 2021 fundraising project for the issuance of A-shares to specific investors, the “Annual Production of 30,000 Tons of Brewed Vinegar Expansion Project,” has been completed. The project was built and implemented by the company’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Shanxi Hengshun Laocheng Vinegar Co., Ltd., and has recently begun operation.

The completion and commissioning of this project will help the company further expand its market share of vinegar in northern China, which is of strategic importance for consolidating the company’s industry position and achieving sustainable development goals.
