Abstract generation in progress

Core Lithium has reached a fixed-price agreement with Glencore to sell approximately 5,100 dry metric tons of spodumene concentrate inventory from the existing Finniss lithium project. The pricing for this transaction is equivalent to the 2023 USD/ton CIF China price of Fastmarkets SC6 at the time of sale. The deal will be executed through the existing Finniss to Darwin port logistics chain, providing significant momentum for the potential full-scale restart of the mine. Meanwhile, about 75,000 dry metric tons of lithium concentrate inventory remain available for sale. Funds from the Glencore agreement are expected to be received in the second quarter of 2026. (SMM)
