The Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation (OLG) and Caesars Entertainment Windsor Limited have finalized a 20-year agreement for Caesars to operate the Windsor casino, making it the last gaming site in Ontario to transition to OLG’s modernization model. This partnership, which has existed since 1994, ensures continued economic benefits for the City of Windsor through OLG payments and requires Caesars to maintain current staffing levels for at least 18 months.
