He stated on a program, “The American people are feeling the pressure firsthand. This feeling will persist for several weeks. But ultimately, we will eliminate the biggest risks facing global energy supply.” When asked whether gasoline prices will fall below $3 per gallon before summer, Wray said, “That is very likely to happen.” However, he added, “Nothing is guaranteed in war.
