Iran’s Supreme National Security Council Secretary Ali Shamkhani issued a “letter to all Muslims and Islamic countries” tonight (March 16), stating that Iran has faced “deceptive attacks” by the United States and Israel during negotiations. These attacks aim to divide Iran, but the U.S. and Israel have faced firm resistance from the Iranian people. The letter mentions that, despite “except in very few cases, no Islamic country has truly assisted the Iranian people; even support is only at the political level,” the Iranian people have fought back with unwavering resolve, putting the enemies into an “inescapable strategic dilemma.” Shamkhani stated in the letter that the U.S. has “no loyalty” to Islamic countries, calling on relevant nations to consider their own and the region’s future, and to think about choosing sides in the war. He emphasized unity to ensure the security, prosperity, and independence of all countries. (CCTV News)
