Abstract generation in progress

The long-term value of gold allocation has attracted attention, with continuous capital deployment. From a capital perspective, Gold ETF Guotai (518800) has experienced net inflows of nearly 6 billion yuan for 20 consecutive days.

Guojin Securities pointed out that physical assets forgotten during prosperous periods of order will have systemic importance. After previous price increases, under the monetary credit system, the implied dollar credit in current gold prices is lower than at the time of the Bretton Woods collapse in 1971; from a global reserve asset perspective, gold has now surpassed U.S. Treasuries. In the medium term, compared to dollar-denominated assets, gold still has room for growth in global reserve assets. After price fluctuations stabilize, it may be an opportunity for the allocation-focused capital to shift its center again.

Looking ahead, the “Federal Reserve rate cut cycle + increasing overseas uncertainties + global de-dollarization trend” still support the rise in gold prices. Relevant products to watch:

Gold ETF Guotai (518800): a direct tool to grasp gold price trends;

Gold Stock ETF (517400): potentially with higher performance amplification.
