Fifth Third Bancorp has announced new senior leadership appointments to support its Western expansion and integration of Comerica’s operations. Cynthia H. Jordan has been named region president for Southern California and Arizona, while Geraud Smith takes on the role of region president for Northern California. Both will report to group regional president Tom Partridge and will oversee strategic direction and growth in their respective commercial banking, wealth and asset management, and commercial payment businesses.
