Techub News reported that Simon Gerovich, CEO of Japan-listed company MetaPlanet, announced that the company has issued its first 100 million movable subscription warrants (MSW) with mNAV clauses. The warrants can only be exercised when the company's stock price reaches 1.01 times or above the mNAV, thereby ensuring that all issued shares enhance shareholder value. This will enable the company to raise approximately 371 billion yen (approximately $234 million) in additional capital for acquiring Bitcoin, provided that the number of Bitcoin held per share can be increased.
