Wu Shuo learned that Metaplanet, a Japanese listed company, completed a third-party directed offering to global institutional investors for approximately 408 billion yen (approximately $270 million) in financing, with new shares issued at a premium of approximately 2% to market price. Simultaneously, the company also issued accompanying warrants with an exercise price premium of approximately 10%. If all warrants are exercised, it is expected to raise an additional approximately 445 billion yen (approximately $300 million). The total financing scale could reach as high as 853 billion yen (approximately $570 million). The company stated that these funds will be used to advance its goal of holding 210,000 BTC.
