People’s Financial News, March 3 — Major European stock indices opened lower across the board. The Euro Stoxx 50 index fell 1.71%, the UK FTSE 100 index declined 0.78%, the France CAC 40 index dropped 1.30%, and the Germany DAX 30 index decreased 1.83%.
