Abstract generation in progress

Recently, the State Administration for Market Regulation officially approved the establishment of the National Rare Earth Permanent Magnet Motor Quality Inspection and Testing Center, based on Shenyang University of Technology. This is the first national-level quality inspection center approved for construction since the establishment of the Liaoning Provincial Market Regulation Bureau. The approval of the National Rare Earth Permanent Magnet Motor Quality Inspection and Testing Center will fill the gap in China’s national quality inspection platform for rare earth permanent magnet motors, injecting strong momentum into the high-quality development of the country’s advanced equipment manufacturing industry. The planned center will focus on emerging and future industries such as new energy vehicles, wind power equipment, CNC machine tools and robotics, rail transit, and low-altitude equipment, addressing their inspection and testing needs. It will build a comprehensive inspection and testing service system covering the entire industry chain and lifecycle, providing one-stop services for product research and development, pilot testing, and inspection for enterprises involved in rare earth permanent magnet materials, motor manufacturing, and high-end equipment applications. It is expected to reduce enterprise testing costs by over 20% annually and shorten product time-to-market by 30%, offering technical support throughout the product’s entire lifecycle.
