Odaily Planet Daily reports that a previously unreleased document was extracted from the mobile phone of intermediary Mauricio Novelli by forensic experts. The document involves a payment agreement related to the Libra token scam, totaling $5 million, primarily pointing to Argentine President Milei. The document shows that the agreement is divided into three payments: first, $1.5 million (in tokens or cash) as a prepayment; second, $1.5 million conditioned on Milei announcing Hayden Davis as his advisor on social media; and finally, $2 million to be paid after Milei and his sister Karina Milei sign a blockchain or AI government consulting contract in person. The document was created on February 11, 2025, three days before Milei posted a related tweet that sparked the $LIBRA controversy. The report also states that Hayden Davis, CEO of Kelsier Ventures, met with the Milei siblings at the Argentine presidential palace before the incident. The document is reportedly obtained from forensic examination of relevant devices by Argentina’s prosecution technical investigation department and has become one of the key clues in the local “cryptocurrency scandal” investigation.
