Times Finance reported that on March 15, CCTV’s 2026 3.15 Gala exposed a popular “万能神药” (万能神药) with a price of ten thousand yuan, which is an unapproved product. This product has recently become a hot anti-aging product in the medical beauty market. Currently, there are issues such as counterfeit certification, illegal additives, and illegal sales in the market. Some companies are also engaging in false advertising. One of the involved companies, Jiebosaier Biotechnology Co., Ltd., claimed that diseases like epilepsy, arthritis, and diabetes could be cured by injecting “exosomes.” However, the medical-grade exosome cryopreserved raw material packaging shown to reporters contained no product information. In the medical and academic fields, the mechanisms, clinical testing, and other medical procedures related to “exosomes” are not yet clearly defined. Most research remains at the academic and theoretical stage. As of now, China has not approved any exosome-based drugs for market sale. (Times Finance Chen Zexuan)
