Xiaomi Motors Announces License Plate Customization Patent

According to Tianyancha’s intellectual property information, Xiaomi Automobile Technology Co., Ltd. recently published a patent application for “License Plate Customization Method, Device, Vehicle, Terminal, and Storage Medium.” The abstract indicates that this application involves fields such as human-computer interaction and intelligent cockpits. The method includes: responding to a license plate customization operation, obtaining license plate information and customization details; generating a target customized license plate style based on the license plate information and customization details; matching the target customized license plate style to the license plate area of the target vehicle model to obtain a customized license plate that matches the vehicle model, which can then be displayed in the license plate area on the target vehicle model’s display page. This not only enables dynamic and personalized license plate content configuration but also allows users to flexibly set license plate and customization information according to personal preferences and generate customized license plates accordingly. It enhances the customization and interactive experience of the license plate area in 3D vehicle models, as well as the interactivity and scene adaptability of the intelligent cockpit system, thereby effectively improving user satisfaction and intelligent perception experience.
