U.S. and Israel strikes on Iran violate international law, said Swiss Defense Minister Martin Pfister, reports The Guardian.
"The Federal Council considers that the attack on Iran constitutes a violation of international law," he told the Swiss newspaper SonntagsZeitung.
He also noted that the military operation violates one of the principles of the UN Charter related to the refusal to use force, and called on all parties to cease attacks to protect the civilian population.
