【Service Suspension】Standard Chartered mobile app, online banking, and FPS services will be temporarily unavailable from 10 PM Friday to noon Sunday for system upgrade.
Standard Chartered Hong Kong announces that due to system upgrades, the Standard Chartered mobile app (SC Mobile), online banking, and FPS (Faster Payment System) will be temporarily unavailable from 10:00 PM on Friday, March 6 to 12:00 PM on Sunday, March 8. However, credit card and e-wallet payment services linked to credit cards will remain operational.
Standard Chartered’s 20 designated branches will offer limited services on Saturday morning.
As for Standard Chartered debit and ATM cards, cash withdrawal and transaction services will only be available from 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM on Saturday, March 7.
To facilitate system upgrades, Standard Chartered Hong Kong states that the 20 designated branches will provide limited services from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM on March 7, while other branches will be temporarily closed.
Standard Chartered Hong Kong recommends customers allocate funds in advance for preset transactions. If you need to top up your e-wallet via FPS, including the Hong Kong Jockey Club betting account, please plan accordingly.
