DeepSeek analysis of Fuxin Convertible Bond's additional issuance and the latest data after increasing the conversion price
Every major decline in convertible bonds has come into my research focus. Fuxin Convertible Bond has a market cap of only 100 million, making it a micro-cap bond with a duration of 2.84 years. Tongda Xin行情软件 did not update the convertible bond’s conversion price in time, so it cannot display the correct premium rate (about 25%).
Jishi Lu updated the conversion price of Fuxin Convertible Bond after this issuance very promptly, but PB seems not to have been updated. So I asked DS.

DS said that after the issuance, Fulaixin Material (605488) has a PB of 5.24. Should JSL be updated accordingly?
