Airbnb: Full-year revenue in 2025 is $12.2 billion, a 10% year-over-year increase

On February 12th local time, Airbnb announced its Q4 and full-year earnings report. The report shows that in Q4, Airbnb’s revenue was $2.8 billion, a 12% year-over-year increase; net profit was $341 million, with a net profit margin of 12%; total bookings in Q4 reached $20.4 billion, a 16% increase year-over-year.

For the full year 2025, Airbnb’s revenue is projected to be $12.2 billion, a 10% increase year-over-year; Q4 net profit is expected to be $2.5 billion, with a net profit margin of 21%; total bookings in Q4 are forecasted to be $91.3 billion, a 12% increase year-over-year.

Airbnb expects Q1 2026 revenue to be between $2.59 billion and $2.63 billion, representing a 14% to 16% year-over-year growth; it also anticipates that the full-year revenue growth rate in 2026 will increase to at least a low double-digit percentage.
