How will the 2026 crypto market break through? Concentrated liquidity becomes the biggest pain point
【CryptoPush】An interesting observation: 2025 did not lead to the anticipated bull market, and the traditional four-year cycle seems to be truly outdated. The current pressing issue is that a large amount of new capital has been absorbed by only a few leading companies, and overall market participation is actually declining.
So how will 2026 turn things around? It all depends on whether liquidity can be revitalized from the “dead pools” of major assets. There are roughly three possible ways:
First is the expansion of ETFs and related investment tools. If ETF products for mid-cap coins like SOL and XRP can be launched, they might attract a significant influx of new funds.
Second is a substantial rally in BTC or ETH. While this can generate wealth effects, the old problem remains—the question of how much of these gains will flow back into the digital asset ecosystem, and no one can say for sure.
The last is retail investors shifting from stock markets (hot topics like artificial intelligence, rare earths, quantum chips) to cryptocurrencies. If this really happens, the issuance of stablecoins will see a noticeable increase, and new funds will flow continuously. However, to be honest, this is the least likely scenario.
