15-minute price fluctuations... are all noise. The real fund flows have long been extracted from the on-chain footprints. Have you seen the original address behind PRIME's pump and dump? A 1.52% drop in POL is really nothing. The key is whether those dormant wallets have had any abnormal movements recently.
