HIVE (Nasdaq: HIVE) mined 306 Bitcoins in December 2025, a year-over-year increase of 197%, a month-over-month increase of 6%, and a quarter-over-quarter increase of 23%, mainly due to increased computing power and improved mining machine efficiency. The company’s average hash rate in December was 23.3 EH/s, with a peak of 24 EH/s, and an efficiency of 17.5 J/TH, although the operation was temporarily affected by winter storms in the Northern Hemisphere. Throughout 2025, HIVE produced a total of 2,311 Bitcoins, a 31% increase from 1,770 in 2024. The company is expanding its mining operation in Iguazu, Paraguay, with an additional 100 MW of capacity, expected to be completed in Q3 2026. At that time, HIVE’s total capacity in Paraguay (400 MW), Canada, and Sweden will reach approximately 540 MW. HIVE’s stock price rose by 3.6% on the day.
