Many beginners ask me, how can I survive in this circle and still make money? My answer always surprises people: don’t rush to get rich overnight, first learn the skill of "holding steady."

Let’s not talk about mystical indicators for now—let me share my real experience—starting with a few thousand yuan, and now being able to respond relatively stably to various market changes, having stepped on many pits and tried many methods along the way.

**Stage One: Surviving is the first goal**

When my account was just 1,000 yuan, I set a strict rule for myself: never lose everything at once.

How to do it? Divide the money into 5 parts, investing only 200 each time. Sounds conservative? Exactly, it must be conservative.

Set stop-loss and take-profit for each trade, with a minimum ratio of 1:2. Abandon trades when the market is unclear—no matter how tempting, don’t touch it. Many people think this way can’t make money, but you know what, the significance of this stage isn’t about how much profit you make—it’s about practicing feel and finding rhythm. The most terrifying thing in the crypto world is "starting with a climax." Making money is less important than surviving.

**Stage Two: With stable profits, upgrade your strategy**

After the account exceeds 10,000 yuan, I started adjusting my approach.

Never risk more than a quarter of the total funds in a single position, to avoid the gamble of "all-in."

Only add to positions in confirmed trending markets— for example, after breaking through an important resistance level, add 5%, and after a pullback confirmation, add another 10%. This way, you eat the middle part of the move, leaving the head and tail to others.

At this point, I truly understood: making money isn’t about trading every day, but about catching those few big trends. Data shows that the lower the trading frequency, the higher the return rate. This is no coincidence.

**Stage Three: Withdrawing funds is the only way to verify real profit**

After the account reaches 200,000 yuan, I set a strict rule for myself: withdraw every week.

Take out 10% of the profits. This isn’t just for safety; more deeply, it’s to break the "doubling addiction" in my heart.

Keep the principal rolling, but never reinvest the withdrawn money back into the market. A partner of mine who learned from me persisted like this, from an initial 900 yuan to where he is now… This habit may seem simple, but executing it requires strong self-control.

That hit too close to home. I'm the kind of person who "starts with a bang," but my account was wiped out... Now I'm starting over, and I have to follow your method.

You're not wrong; greed is the most deadly thing. In the early days, I didn't withdraw funds regularly. My account doubled, but then I lost it all back. That feeling... really can drive you crazy.

It sounds good, but how many people can truly stick to partial stop-loss?

Well said, "holding steady" is really the hardest lesson. My biggest mistake was frequent trading in the early days, watching the charts every day, which ended up costing me the most. Now, it's actually those orders I "forgot" about that make the most profit.

Honestly, I agree with this logic. The most heartbreaking part is still the first stage — making money is less important than surviving.

To be honest, I only just realized that holding without moving is important... I used to be impulsive, seeing the price go up and wanting to chase, but ended up buying at the top.
