Just sharing a personal trading lesson here—$WIF had a flash dump that absolutely wrecked my position way beyond where my stop loss was set. Ended up taking a full -100% hit. So yeah, don't sleep on this: stop losses don't always protect you the way you think they will. Market volatility can slip right through, especially during rapid moves. Worth keeping in mind if you're running tight positions out there.

The flash crash slippage is really incredible; it's unstoppable.

Flash crash slippage is really a trader's nightmare. Stop loss orders look impressive on paper but can't actually prevent extreme volatility.

Stop-loss slippage is really something else; that wave of $WIF directly made me understand what paper defense means.

Flash crashes really can't be prevented; stop-losses are useless.
