The end of the year is here. After listening to a few industry leaders' retrospectives, I have to admit that I was a bit slack this year. But that's okay; the new year can be seen as a fresh start.
This year, through my ups and downs in Web3, I have come to understand a few simple truths. Technology is not the most scarce resource; what truly sets us apart is attitude—taking every task seriously, which is the top priority. Next is self-motivation and action—don't just think about it, actually do it. Lastly, persistence—repeating simple tasks may seem trivial, but very few people can stick with it.
There are plenty of people with ideas, but only one or two who truly take action and persevere. That’s where the gap lies. Not achieving the Q4 goals? No worries, keep pushing in Q1. The key is not to stop.

Exactly, you're so right. This year, I also had so many moments of just thinking without taking action. Only now do I realize how stupid that was.

That's so true. Persistence is really the lowest barrier to competitiveness, yet it's the hardest to achieve.

To be honest, I've heard this theory many times, but seeing you summarize it so seriously still hits a nerve. Especially the line "There are plenty of people with ideas," I am among those who only talk but don't act, and I really need to reflect on that.

That's right, you have to take action; just talking about it is useless.
Sticking to these two words is really difficult; I often fail myself too, haha.
Attitude > skills, this really hits the mark. Many people have the skills but just aren't serious enough.
Web3 is like that; those who can't stand loneliness have already been washed out.
How should I put it? You just need to find something that can keep you consistently producing.
This year has been a bit of a slump; let's all work hard together.

Honestly, after hearing so much motivational talk, I still have to bear it myself. This year, I really slack off.
Well then, let's continue gambling into the new year.
It seems simple, but few actually do it. I'm one of those who slack off.
But don't say anymore, I've already set the flag. Q1 must be competitive.
Persistence is easy to talk about, but actually biting the bullet is the real challenge.
