Recently, Bitcoin feels like it's stuck in an elevator—it just can't break out of the 82,000 to 92,000 range. Personally, I think we might have to wait until Christmas for some real movement. Right now, the key level is 83,400; if it holds, there's still some breathing room. The 82,000 level is special, with both daily and weekly double-bottom support—pretty significant. Even if it briefly drops below 80,500 one day, I think it'll quickly bounce back, forming a proper double-bottom pattern.

The monthly chart does look a bit concerning. The left shoulder and head are already forming, and if it really turns into a head-and-shoulders top, even a breakout above $100,000 next year might be short-lived. But it’s too early to draw conclusions; in this market, anything can happen.

On the Ethereum side, a death cross just formed on the monthly chart. At this rate, it could stay under pressure for the next three months, similar to the price action from February to April this year. If it can't hold above 3,050, let alone reach heights like 4,400, the probability of further downside is clearly higher. Last night’s drop to 2,720 was actually expected; the rebound in the early morning was just a technical correction. There's a high chance it’ll retest the 2,700 level from afternoon to evening—whether it can hold here will directly determine if it continues to stagnate or manages a short-lived rebound.

To sum up the short-term logic for Bitcoin: 84,000–85,000 is the current support zone—holding this is the basis for any further rebound. The 88,000–90,000 range above is packed with resistance; it's unrealistic to expect a clean breakout. If it pushes up to 88,200 and fails to hold, 86,000 must support the pullback; otherwise, the rebound is invalidated. On the flip side, if it firmly stands above 88,200, there's a chance to test 90,000 again.

My trading approach is the same as yesterday—no specific advice for longs. For shorts, consider setting up in the 87,500–88,200 range, targeting 86,500 and 85,100.
