The Russell 2000 has been holding a seriously strong uptrend for quite some time now, inching closer to breaking into fresh record territory.

Honestly? This chart screams anything but bearish momentum. And calling this a risk-off environment? That narrative just doesn't match what the small-caps are showing us right now. The price action tells a completely different story.

The recent performance of small-cap stocks, according to the supply and demand curve, is simply a perfect work of art—it's just that the market hasn't realized it yet. People keep talking about risk aversion, but the chart is singing a different tune. This must be Schrodinger's bear market. A new high? Unless something unexpected happens, this is probably the last all-out sell-off opportunity in the current upward phase. Small-cap stocks are this hot and people still insist they're risk assets—what a joke. The supply side just can't keep up with demand. If you put this chart in an art history context, it has already surpassed abstract expressionism and entered some kind of chaotic aesthetics. The irony is that the ROI is actually the most solid part.

The surge in small-cap stocks this time is really fierce; the risk-off narrative really doesn't hold up here.

Small-cap stocks are starting to tell stories again. I’ve been through this routine before... It was the same kind of rally in 2018. Don’t you all know how it ended?

This rally in small-cap stocks is indeed strong. It feels like the market has been bearish all along, but actually got it wrong.

ngl the russell narrative here feels a bit too... convenient? historically precedent suggests when small-caps signal this loudly, the incentive structures underneath tend to get real messy real quick. sub-optimal conditions brewing somewhere, arguably
