Don't remind me again today

#BinanceBlockchainWeek I saw a fren's operation when he just entered the circle: every time he saw the Candlestick pump, he chased it, and whenever there was a slight pullback, he panicked and Cut Loss. After messing around for more than half a year, the principal did not rise, but instead, he lost confidence.

He later asked me what to do, and I said six words: buy a bit, sell a bit.

Sounds like nonsense? But most people lose money precisely because of this. It's not that they can't understand the trend, but they've never set rules for themselves — they can't wait when they should, and they can't let go when they should, being led by their emotions the entire time.

If you rush in before the buying point, that's called gambling on luck; if you panic and run before the selling point, that's called scaring yourself. Trading without signals means entrusting your account to emotions, and emotions in this market are always accomplices to losses.

The key is that you need to first understand what your buying and selling points look like. How much pullback can you withstand? Are you planning to do short-term or hold for the medium to long term? What position size will you use each time? There are no standard answers to these questions; someone else's profit model may not be suitable for you. The significance of buying and selling points lies not in precise predictions, but in matching them with your risk tolerance.

Once you have your own rules and strictly follow them, you will find that the market's fluctuations no longer disturb your mindset. Each Candlestick is just data, no longer a switch for emotions.

The market has been quite volatile recently, with movements that can cover several days' worth of range in just a few hours. Without discipline, it's easy to be led astray: getting overly excited when prices rise and panicking when they fall, getting shaken out and questioning life.

What allows you to stay in this circle for a long time is not divine predictions, but rules. If you can stick to the rules, your account will naturally remain stable.

If you are still struggling in the same place, it might be better to calm down and reorganize your trading system. The current market is actually a good time to correct strategies.

You're not wrong, it's just that execution is the hardest part. My fren is still chasing the price, and no matter how I advise, it doesn't help. --- Discipline sounds simple, but sticking to it is really tough. Most people fail due to emotions. --- Once the buying and selling points are set, it becomes easy; you don't have to nervously watch the market every day. --- What I fear the most is trading without rules; your account can lose so much that you start doubting life. --- This market wave is indeed an opportunity to adjust strategies, take a moment to reflect on your own system. --- "Buy at the buying point, sell at the selling point" is that simple, but unfortunately, most people can't stick to it. --- Damn, I'm really talking about myself; I always rush in and then run out, and after a round, I haven't made anything. --- Without discipline, it's truly deadly; the fluctuations in the past two months have been ridiculously large.

Well said, I'm just afraid that even if they know, they still can't change. I've seen too many people shouting about discipline, but when a wave of market movement comes, they forget it all.

You’re not wrong; it’s just that most people can’t do it at all. I’ve seen too many people who talk about discipline, but they fall apart with just one five-minute Candlestick.

To be honest, when I first entered the circle, I had this problem, chasing the price and selling with bearish market as if money didn't matter. Looking back now, it was really foolish; without rules, it's like gambling with your life.

It's easier said than done. I'm the kind of person who doesn't follow rules, and I've lost so much that I'm starting to doubt life.

This is what I've always wanted to tell my frens, but they just won't listen.
