Just as I was about to lie down, my girlfriend urged me to turn off the lights and go to sleep. I casually glanced at my phone and fixated on that TRA order, and suddenly I was wide awake. How could I possibly sleep now? Tossing and turning, my mind was filled with those Candlestick and Position numbers. I wanted to watch a show to distract myself, but my eyes were glued to the screen while my mind had no idea what was going on. You all understand this feeling, right? When you have Holdings, nothing you do can keep your mind focused, like there's a stone weighing down in your heart.

This is the consequence of not managing your position properly; the mental preparation was not in place. I used to be like this in my early years, but later I learned a rule: before holding a position, one should think of the worst-case scenario, set a stop loss, and then sleep well. Otherwise, this back-and-forth struggle will harm your account and your body, and it is not worth the loss.
