金十数据November 12th news, Fuling Electric announced that the company plans to distribute cash dividends of 0.5 yuan for every 10 shares based on the total share capital registered on the registration date of the equity distribution in the first three quarters of 2024. As of the disclosure date of this announcement, the company’s total share capital is 1.537 billion shares. Based on this calculation, the total cash dividends to be distributed are approximately 76.8271 million yuan, accounting for approximately 18.2863% of the net profit attributable to the common shareholders of the listed company in the consolidated financial statements for the first three quarters of 2024. The remaining undistributed profits will be distributed in the following year. This profit distribution plan still needs to be submitted to the company’s second extraordinary general meeting of shareholders in 2024 for deliberation.
