Golden Finance reported that the Virtual Asset Regulatory Authority (VARA) in Dubai announced that companies promoting digital asset investments in the country must prominently display disclaimers stating that “virtual assets may depreciate in whole or in part and are subject to significant Fluctuation”.
VARA CEO Matthew White said that providing clear and actionable guidance can help virtual asset service providers (VASPs) “responsibly provide services”.
White also pointed out that this can enhance market trust and transparency.
