Bank of America CEO: Trump's trade policies show signs of easing, tariffs will stabilize around 15%

Odaily Planet Daily News: Bank of America CEO Brian Moynihan stated that after a turbulent year caused by tariffs, the Trump administration’s trade policies are showing signs of easing. Since returning to the White House, Trump has implemented a 10% import baseline tariff, while imposing higher tariffs on certain countries and additional tariffs on specific products such as automobiles. However, signals of a “cooling down” in the trade situation suggest that the global tariff baseline may stabilize around 15%, and corporate panic is subsiding. Compared to tariffs, American companies are now more anxious about labor shortages and the uncertainty of immigration policies. (Jin10)
