1. What is Smart Filtering
Smart Filtering is an optional feature on the contract copy trading discovery page. When enabled, the system will prioritize displaying traders with relatively stable performance and those who are public copy traders from the entire trader list, helping you narrow down your selection.
2. Explanation of List Filtering Logic
2.1 When Smart Filtering is NOT enabled
1) Asset Ratio: Asset Ratio = Trader's contract account assets ÷ Copy trading assets under management (AUM). If the asset ratio falls below the platform's threshold, that trader will not be shown in the list.
- Example: If the threshold is 1%, traders whose contract account assets are too low relative to their AUM may be filtered out (for instance, small assets but large copy trading scale).
- Exception: Expert-level traders and private domain traders may be exempt from this asset ratio restriction according to platform rules.
2) Trading Activity
- Requirement: At least 1 contract trade executed within the last 21 calendar days.
3) Private Domain Traders
- If Smart Filtering is not enabled, private domain traders can remain visible in the list.
4) Universal Exclusion Criteria
Regardless of whether Smart Filtering is enabled, traders will not appear in the list if they meet any of the following conditions, including but not limited to:
- Copy trading has been paused;
- Trader is in a restricted state such as a cooling-off period;
- Marked as invalid or other non-displayable status.
2.2 When Smart Filtering is enabled
In addition to meeting the asset ratio, trading activity, and universal exclusion criteria outlined for when Smart Filtering is not enabled, the following requirements must also be met:
1) Non-negative Multi-period Returns and P&L
Traders must simultaneously satisfy:
- For periods such as 7 days, 30 days, and 90 days, the trader's return rate, P&L, and follower P&L must all be no less than 0%;
- Return rate is calculated using simple return methodology.
2) Private Domain Traders
- When Smart Filtering is enabled, private domain traders will be filtered out and will not appear in the list with Smart Filtering applied.
