Lately I’ve been feeling more and more that the mainnet is like downtown: you can go if you want, but the taxi fare (gas) can sometimes be so expensive it makes you doubt life.

L2 is more like the subway, smooth and cheap experience, I basically put all daily transfers and small protocol interactions there, worry-free;
If I really need to do large amounts, long-term storage, or operations that must be “most secure and reliable,” I go back to the mainnet once and handle it all at once, avoiding back-and-forth trouble.

And also, don’t be led by attention… these days, memes + a celebrity’s一句话 (一句话 = a sentence) flood the screen, newcomers in the group rush faster than anyone.
To put it simply, if you really want to get on the train, think carefully first: are you here to experience the product, or to take the final lap?
Anyway, I now have only one principle: save gas when you can, but don’t get yourself into a trap just to save that little bit of money.
